KayeKids began in 1991 with Ginger, a beautiful apricot bitch from RedPepper Kennels in Calgary and a lovely red bitch named Pepper from the House of Croix line. Each of these girls produced get who have now produced babies. Several of these older dogs are still living with us now. Our goal from the beginning has been to produce healthy, stylish, sound apricots with biddable temperaments fit for the challenges of the show ring or a pet’s life. We continue to work toward that goal with each breeding. We breed dogs we enjoy living with as each is a part of our household.

We make every effort to insure the happiness and health of our dogs. For us they are more than dogs, they are members of our family. And that is how a Poodle expects to be treated, as an intricate member of its family.
