BIRTHDAY PARTY CONTRACT

First half hour: Arts and crafts project that goes with the theme of the party.
This gives us the opportunity to collect all the children before dancing.

Next hour (for children over 6) or next 45 minutes (for children under 6), will be the dance portion of the party.

Last half hour (for children over 6) or last 45 minutes (for children under 6) will be the birthday cake,

candle lighting, singing happy birthday, food and beverages.

 Less than 15 children: $350.00
15 or more children: $375.00

A $75.00 deposit must be given to hold the day of your choice, two weeks in advance.
Payment may be made by check, Visa, or Mastercard.

CLEANUP
We would appreciate that after the party is over, you clean up all party debris from the studio.
Almost all of our party parents comply with this, but if the studio is not restored to its pre-party
condition, Allegra Dance Studio reserves the right to charge client a clean up fee of $125.00
