I went to a dog show in Iowa one morning (by myself...again) and Tom and Shirley Trainer were there with a young dog, somehow I thought Terry and I needed this dog. Since I knew that Terry loved the breed and he hadn't had a Coonhound for a long time I really felt he needed this one. I talked Tom and Shirley out of Curly and brought him home to Terry!! At this point Terry said I would never ever be able to go to a show by myself, one time I bring home a Whippet and now an 18 month old Coonhound!! Curly in himself was Coonhound history, he was out of two best in show parents. We finished Curly very quickly and again someone "talked us out" of Curly and he is living with a great couple with another Coonhound in the Chicago area. Thank you Art and Debbie for loving him so much.
